Set of two: One for manifesting, one for letting go. This pair of pocket-sized notebooks are designed to help you manifest your dreams, and banish your troubles. Write your intentions and manifestations in the Wishes notebook, and write down what you want to release in the Worries notebook. 

The Wishes cover is adorned with illustrations of attracting and prosperity herbs: holy basil, bay leaf, and lavender. The Worries cover is adorned with illustrations of banishing, protection, and purification herbs: belladonna, cypress, and hyssop.
