Shipping policy

Some items are fulfilled by me here in Austin, Tx, and other items are fulfilled by third party vendors in my efforts to reduce waste. Therefore, items within the same order may ship and arrive separately. Please read all item descriptions carefully for individual item shipping info.

Items fulfilled by me ship within 3-5 business days via USPS. Once a package is dropped off with the carrier, its fate is in the hands of the shipping gods, and out of my control. I have access to the same tracking info that you do, and don't have any inside connections to the postal service. If something looks awry in your tracking, or if a package arrives damaged from transit, please contact the relevant carrier first for more info or to file a claim.
